when you feel down ,what do you do to cheer up

I simply lock myself in my room and listen to plenty of music and read a book which do help me to feel better and cheer up again. Also I try to engross myself in some kind of work in order to distract my mind from the thing or the thought that is bothering me. Hope this answers your question :)
