when you lift a box from the floor and put it on an almirah the potential energy of the box increases but there is no change in its kinetic energy.is it violation of of energy?explain....

Your example is the same of climbing stairs .When u reach a higher floor your potential energy increases as you have worked against gravity. But there is no change in your kinetic energy . U may move at a higher floor in the same way as on the ground floor. This is not violation of energy. I think what u are talking about in your question is inertia. Please specify clearly with example stated in the question that kinetic energy in which context is being referred by u.
