when you pour rice and water on the floor, both flow like liquid. what do you think rice is, whether it is solid or liquid? Explain

ANSWER:- According to me.....ice is solid but when its outer layer is melting due to room temperature then due to presence of water it flows ...........ice has always a layer of water on it
