firstly I will take him on a safer side...away from roads.
then I will give him some biscuits or milk if possible.
with the help of an elder I will try to bandage that effected area in puppy's body
if wounds are deeper I will call animal aid team to rescue the puppy...
this is what I do...hope thiswill help you.
