it is due to the difference in the air pressure.
When the train moves with high speed,the air around it also moves with that speed.
Due to this the pressure decreases* in that region and the air in high pressure region moves towards the low pressure region.
Due to this we r get sucked towards the moving train.

*This was stated by Bernoulli in his famous theorem.
