when you wish upon a start it doesn't matter who you are....can you explain this statement??​

means for a startup or to start a new thing or business to to do a large thing it is not necessary to that you should have a lot of money.......or you belong to a big family.

any person who want to make a change or do something large can achieve his/her goal. big things come from small.
