whenever a plain-dweller visits a hill station like Leh -Ladakh at high altitude without taking any break journey in between . he is likely to feel exhausted for a couple of days. later the person become normal. how? explain this process in brief.

Explanation:

at going towards height the presure increases...by which the volume of atmospheric oxygen decreases...and resulting we get less oxygen during inspiring...

less oxygen means less supply in blood and our muscles and organs don't get the enough oxygen which causes altitude sickness..

later after hours our body starts to get adapted...it increases the red blood cells in our blood which will increase the oxygen binding with haemoglobin instead of low atmospheric O2....

and we started to feel normal after some time by getting oxygen..
