Answer :- Sometimes some selfish people instigate The Innocent to harm others they do it for their own benefit the common or ordinary man does not understand their tricks and start hating his fellow human beings that tell them to cause riots. the poet says that one should not follow anybody advice without brooding over it the poet repeatedly says that there is no difference in them and the foreigners the people of the entire world are the same.

whenever there is war leaders tell people to hate the other country. they tell tell us to do so because of their personal gains. but we should not act as a puppet in their hands and do as they say. we should understand that war war is futile and analyses the situation before jumping to conclusions. the poet says that if we fight against them, we kill and condemn ourselves.
