whenever we want to convert the liquid into solid we always freeze the object but when we cook the cake we need to heat it the batter of the cake is liquid but when we heat it it become into solid why this happens the liquid only convert into solid on freezing only but when we cook the cake then why it goes under heating to become solid.....​
