Hey user,
here is your answer...
Where a day and night are of 6 months duration each and why?
▶️At the Arctic Circle(Towards the poles) the day and night are of 6 months duration each.
▶️This is due to the tilt of the Earth's axis in relation to the sun.
▶️As a result, different parts of Earth receive different amounts of sunlight, which in turn, influences the duration of day and night.

The poles have six months of winter and summer and the answer lies that the earth is titled at 23.5 degree at axis. The sun being at the centre and the earth revolving across the sun with the titled axis making it possible have continual sunlight at one pole and simultaneously making other pole to have continual six months of night.
Hope it's help
