Answer of your question--

1)-Glucose is filtered through the glomerulus, appears in glomerular filtrate and then reabsorbed back into the bloodstream.

2)-Some amino acids are also transported in this way. Once in the tubule wall, the glucose and amino acids diffuse directly into the blood capillaries.

3)-Together these processes complete the transformation of the glomerular filtrate into urine.

Blood flow into the glomerulus under the pressure. It makes water, small molecules and ions to enter into the  Bowman capsule through the capillary walls. This fluid is referred as Nephric filtrate.

Nephric filtrate goes to Bowman’s capsule when glucose comes out from it. The filtrate then passes through the tube where the blood capillaries absorb glucose. The capillaries of the blood carry glucose to all the cells of the body.
