Stamen- the long and slender stalk called filament.

The terminal generally bilobed structure called the anther.

A typical angiosperms anther is bilobed with each lobe having two theca that is they are dithecous and monothecas.

The anther is a four sided tetragonal structure consisting of four megasporangium located at the corners, two in each lobe.

The megasporangia develope further and become pollen sacs and they extent longitudinally all throungh the lenght of an anther and are packed with pollen grains.
