Chromosomes are located in the nucleus.They are composed of DNA. Chromatin material are the undeveloped chromosomes. Before cell division it grows

chromosomes are located in the nucleus they are composed of DNA and protein.
Chromatin is simply a phase of DNA when it's not coiled up and condensed. It is in interphase where you see this, as the DNA needs to be uncoiled in order for it to be copied
