Where are mitochondria and chloroplasts replicate in a cell cycle?

mitochondria have DNA.mitochondria and chloroplast have striking similarities to bacteria cells.they have their own DNA which is separated from the DNA found in the nucleus of the cell the two organelles also reproduce like bacteria,replicating their own DNAand directing their own division.
