Rocks are generally the oldest at the cores of the continents.
It is said to be that the oldest rock is of the Acasta Gneiss.
Many think that the oldest rocks are formed in the mid-ocean ridge, but they aren't formed there.
We can only fin new rocks in mid-ocean ridge, and the old ones are found mostly in land that is in the continents...
