Where are the pollen nuclei situated and how they are different from egg?

they are present at the middle of embryo sac they are diploid or they are also helps the formation of endosperms by double fertilization

I think you mean polar nuclei. They are located inside the embryo sac,in the middle.They are different because it has one cell but have 2 nuclei and fused to form a diploid secondary nucleus.
