Here is Your Answer

Bhojpara is bark of a tree found in upper regions of Himalaya. It was earlier used like paper is used now.

The Bhoj Patra records that you are referring to are available at almost all the major centres of pilgrimage like Haridwar, Varanasi, etc.

It is impossible to name all the places in one go.

It is given in an answer here that in Tamilnadu, such records may be available at holy places like Salem and Trichy. I think Madurai too may be having such records.

Now, the fact is that these records are available only for the people who had visited these places in the past. Records of all people are not available there.

Say, if Raja goes to Haridwar and tries to visit any such priest who may have access to such old Bhojpatra records, then the priest will ask him his name, village details, name of his father, and may be grandfather and great grandfather, etc.

If father of Raja had visited that place in the past and had got it recorded, only then the priest will be able to tell him any more on the subject. In case father of Raja did not visit Haridwar, then the priest will ask for the name of his grandfather and then it will be checked in their records. The same process goes on and it is said that some priests have records of several hundreds years.

So, please note that your name is not to be found there unless you had been there and had got it recorded. The names of only those people are available who had visited the place in the past and had got it recorded. Obviously, it has a cost too.
