Living in urban areas have more advantages as compared to rural areas. In urban areas, there are found more job facilities, educational facilities, proper health facilities and proper means of transport too to cover long distances. In rural areas, there are hardly any proper schools or colleges, no proper roads and thereby no proper means of transport. Therefore many families are shifting and moving to towns and cities from villages to get those facilities and help. This is the reason why day by day population of urban areas are increasing and rural areas are decreasing. This increasing population has led to the thick settlement in urban areas.

Hope this helps. Thank you. (¬‿¬)
