We can always find some images in our computer in a folder named Pictures which is present inside the C drive and User folder.
* It contains some images that are needed during wallpaper and screensaver setting and saving.
* Otherwise, a user can easily create a folder at any of the drives present and then download the image that she/he likes.
By default, the image will be downloaded in the Download folder.
