\bold{CHROMATIN\:\: :}

☑ Chromatin, also termed as chromatin fibres, is a mass of genetic material composed of DNA, RNA and proteins, which is found inside the nucleus of eukaryotic cells.

☑ Chromatin material (or chromatin fibre) is condensed and coiled to form chromosome.

\bold{CHROMATIN\:RETICULUM\: :}

☑ Inside the nucleus, chromosomes actually sit around uncoiled loose strands of network, called the chromatin reticulum.

☑ Chromatin reticulum can also be defined in an another way. Inside the nucleus, DNA remains in a partly folded and partly open condition to form the network termed as chromatin reticulum.
