Note :

• In order to change narration for the Interrogative Sentence, we have to convert the Interrogative Sentence into an Assertive Sentence.
• When there are say, tell, etc in Reporting Verb, we change them into ask, enquire of, and in some cases want to know necessarily.
• The Wh-words in Direct Speech will stay unchanged in Indirect Speech.
• In Indirect Speech, we put a full stop (.) in the end.
