The Panchayati Raj supports managing economic growth, rights of society, and taxes at each level. This was established based on reports by Balwant Rai Mehta Committee. According to this report, the administration of Panchayati Raj should be in three grade setup such as Gram Panchayat at Village level, Mandal Parishad at Block level, and Zila Parishad at District level.
