Gomateshwara statue is located on the Vindhyagiri Hill in the Sravanabelagora district of Karnataka.

the Statue of Gomateshwara is located on Vindyagiri at Shravanabelagola in hassan district of Karnataka...

it was built in around 1981 AD and and it was built by Chavundaraya.

it has 57 feet high, temple is situated at an altitude of about 3350 m above sea level..

this statue is deemed as the first one of the seven wonders of in India...
