Microorganisms have a ubiquitous presence. They are present everywhere in land, water and air. They have a high degree of adaptability and can survive in all kinds of environments, like hot springs, ice cold water etc..

They are also present in our body and in dead and decomposed organic matter. Some of them may be parasitic.

Microbes live in the soil, on rocks, inside roots, buried under miles of Earth, in compost piles and toxic waste, and all over the Earth's surface. Microbes are found in boiling hot springs and on frozen snowfields. Microbes live in homes, in schools and on statues and many more places....

hope it helps.......
