Saffron comes from saffron plant basically cultivated in kashmir in india
As for rose water you can make it at home
Take a cooker put Indian roses in the cooker quite a lot of them put water and keep an empty bowl in bw the cooker and let it cook after 20 mins turn off the gas and the bowl wd be filled with natural rose water
