Reabsorption of glucose takes place in the kidneys.

EXPLANATION:

Nephrons are the functional units of the kidneys that carry out re-absorption. Nephrons are made of capillaries where filtration and reabsorption take place.

Secretion of salts to make final filtrate also takes place in the kidneys. During this process, substances like hydrogen ions, drugs and all substances that were not absorbed during the re-absorption process are collected in a duct to form urine which is then 'secreted out' of the body.
