Lipids present in the cell membrane are synthesized in the smooth endoplasmic reticulum which does not contain the ribosomes. However, the proteins are produced in the rough endoplasmic reticulum, which is called so because it has the ribosomes attached to the endoplasmic reticulum. Ribosomes help in protein synthesis.

Mainly carbs will be converted to glucose which will be transported to cells in the body. Therefore glucose will be broken down into ATP , carbon dioxide, water in the mitochondria in the cells
