The raw materials for making synthetic fabrics ofcourse come from the nature. The most needed component is petroleum oil. Synthetic fabrics are just the synthesized organic polymers of small molecules.
So the materials that are needed to make synthetic fabrics are the petrochemicals, petroleum and many others. And even the natural gas, coal, water are used to make synthetic fabrics.
So the main source for all the materials that undergo in making synthetic fabrics is nature. These all natural gas, water, coal, petroleum are all components of Nature. We just synthesize these petroleum into polymers and use it as synthetic fabrics.

Hope this helps.
