Where do they get the frog that you dissect in science?

Roughly half of them are killed and used for classroom dissection; others are tormented while they're still alive in classroom biology .

These pigs are not bred and killed for this purpose, but are extracted from the deceased sow's uterus. 

Fetal pigs not used in classroom dissections are often used in fertilizer or simply discarded.
