Where do we need to differentiate ? I dont understand

Answer:

To know how to use it we must know the understanding part of it. When we talk about physical quantities that dont change or do so linearly, calculus can be applied.

When we know that a quantity doesnt change, we first find it over a small part and then multiplise it over the entire system.

If the quantity changes then we note the change by a ‘delta’ which on applying the limits of the system becomes ‘d’.

The common part is the very basic step that we consider a small differential element or an infinitesimal part of a large system and then apply our knowledge of physics to it.

Then we integrate it over the entire system keeping certain constraints in mind.

Integration is used to find area under a graph whereas differentiation is used to find a paticular quantity at a particular instance
