The tiny remains of plants and animals in the stream come from the plants and animals that have died in the river or outside it.

AlyaSingh: Do you know the answer?
Anonymous: Amount of flow of water either in a stream is never the same,as it fluctuates form season to season & even during a season. In such times,if animals do not have adequate adaptations to remain in a particular place,or even if they have the ability to come back to its desired niche,if dislodged - then it can survive,if not death is almost certain.
