The digestion of fat takes place in small intestine. When partially digested food enters into the small intestine bile juice from gall bladder is released and food becomes alkaline. Then pancreatic juice is released by pancreas. In pancreas, amylase, trypsin and lipase enzymes are present. Enzyme lipase digest fats and convert into fatty acids.
