The majority of fat digestion happens once it reaches the small intestine.

Your pancreas produces enzymes that break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.

Your liver produces the  bile that helps you digest fats and certain vitamins.

The gall bladder is where the bile juice is stored.

This is because both the pancreas and liver produce digestive juices which help in the brekaing down of fats , mix here with small interstenal juices.
