2. It flows west and north-west wards and enters Indian territory in Jammu and Kashmir. It flows south-west wards across Pakistan to reach the Arabian Sea in the east of Karachi.
3. The Indus is considered as one of the longest rivers of the world, with a total length of 2,900km.
