Where does the poet say his friend will stay until the judgment day and why?

In the poem Not Marble, nor the Gilded Monuments (by William Shakespeare), the poet makes a stamp to the readers that his friend shall continue to remain in memories and his eyes of beloved until his judgment day.
Even though he may die one day, the memories related to him shall live on in the minds of those close to him and they shall remember him, keeping his memory "alive" through his creation.
