Where does time flows faster...IN THE PRESENCE OF GRAVITY OR IN THE ABSENCE OF IT????

to understand it u have to understand gravity at first
gravity is not a force like othere but rather it is the effect of distortion of space and time due to energy and mass
so where there is mass it will distort the space time and will affect the flow of time

time flows fast where there is no gravity. time will run slowly where there is gravity
