Where does your local drinking water comes from? What body of water is the original source of the water that comes through your faucet?
What local impacts do you see with that body of water from the surrounding factories, schools, construction projects, etc?
Since this is a post that requires a bit of research, you will have three days. You will need to read and respond to at least two classmates, your response needs to reflect your understanding of their post.

Answer:
1. Your drinking water comes from natural sources that are either groundwater or surface water. Groundwater comes from rain and snow that seeps into the ground. The water gets stored in open spaces and pores or in layers of sand and gravel known as aquifers. We use water wells or springs to harvest this groundwater.
2. A body of water or waterbody is any significant accumulation of water, generally on a planet's surface. The term most often refers to oceans, seas, and lakes, but it includes smaller pools of water such as ponds, wetlands, or more rarely, puddles. A body of water does not have to be still or contained; rivers, streams, canals, and other geographical features where water moves from one place to another are also considered bodies of water.
