Until then, most people thought that electrical effects were the result of mixing of two different electrical fluids, one positive and one negative.


WAQAR202: dear but he only changes the names of these charges from resinious and vitrious to negative and postive respectively....and it Was in 1750 not in 1745 ....but how the concept came before that....
