Answer:
Taking responsibility of your life also means living a life with purpose and intention. It means having a clear idea what you want out of life, having a plan on how to achieve it, and consciously making decisions that take you closer to achieving your desires.
Being responsible means being dependable, keeping promises and honoring our commitments. It is accepting the consequences for what we say and do. It also means developing our potential. People who are responsible don't make excuses for their actions or blame others when things go wrong

The times when I have taken responsibilities are as follows:
- I was a teenager when I lost my mother. My father used to work on a tight schedule. So, he was unable to take care of me and my younger brother. Then, I had to take responsibility for my little brother. I used to prepare him for school, used help him in his study and so on. It was tough for me but I did it.
- When I became 24, my father lost his job. I was pursuing my higher study then. But, I left my dream and started finding a job to feed my family. Finally, I got a job and took responsibility for my whole family.
