i think the avg. price of chilli are 381 rupee per kg .

Andhra Pradesh is a place in India where spices are grown. There are other several places where they are grown but this place is the main one. In India people treasure spices very much and in this place they grow many to cater the all country though others are not found in the  country they export them. They grow spices such chillies, tomatoes, onions and many others.
