Answer: alluvial soil is the the most founded soil in India. It is very rich in nutrients and contain good amount of humus in it.

Explanation: it can be found mainly in many parts of Northern India specially in the the state of Uttar Pradesh,Uttarakhand, Bihar etc. It can be formed due to the the deposition of fresh clayey soil by the the fast flowing of river Ganga from the himalayan mountains. It is very useful in intensive farming that's why it can mainly found in Northern part of India.
