grey matter is found in the region of whole cerebrum but white matter is found between the hemisphere of cerebrum.

The gray matter consists of the cell body which is located on the outer surface of the cerebrum. And the white matter on the other hand is made up of axons of the neurons located in the inner part of the cerebrum
