when u are comparing a mass of order 1kg with subatomic particles then mass of subatomic particles are considered negligible........ if u r comparing your mass with Earth's mass, ur mass becomes negligible,eg, while calculation of mass number of an atom, mass of electrons aare considered negligible.So we only add the masses of neutrons and protons
