High level nuclear wastes are usually  produced by nuclear reactors.

These wastes are generally stored at the nuclear reactor site itself, however some countries dump it in the ocean. (For eg Fukushima Daiichi power plant in Japan)

Most countries prefer "deep geological" disposal.

So I think the answer must be option (C).
