Noida software technology park is located at Ganga Software Technology Complex, sector 29, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

• Noida software technology park is also known as STPI-Noida and is an autonomous society formed under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
• The first software technology park in India was formed in 1990 in Banglore. Subsequent technology parks would be formed at Pune and Bhubaneswar later in 1991. The biggest tech park in India is located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
• The main goal of STPI is to promote software exports from the country and act as a 'single window' in providing services to software exporters.
• Some of the major advantages of STPIs is that they can clear projects costing less than Rs 100 million with Indian investment. 100% foreign equity is also permitted.
