10m below the surface because pressure increases while going down in water due to pressure is equal to hpg (pmeans density...) also weight is pgh...it adds too

It is pretty clear that pressure is inversely propotional to height as we go lower below the sea the pressure tremendous and as we rise up or else go higher i the sky the air pressure decreases.
