There is no line. Someone becomes art as soon as it is identified as art.

A rock is simply a rock until someone decides it is making a statement. Then it’s art.

The moment a piece is no longer appreciated (by the creator and everyone alike) is the moment said piece stops being considered as art, imo.

But I don't think that has ever happened so art shall live on forever~
