Where is the mass of an atom found? Expain.

in its neutron , because it contains proton and neutron which make up almost all mass of am atom , we don't count electron in it because they have mass that is almost negligible so it don't effect toe over all answer.

the mass of atom is concentrated in nucleus of an atom .

atomic mass = sum of mass of proton + neutron ..

it is denoted by (A ) in atomic mass unit.
