during thunderstorm a person must be on an open ground where there is no kinds of trees and electric poles

If you are outside in a thunderstorm first try to go in a safe place that is in a house or building. And be sure, don't take shelter under trees, electrical poles and under umbrellas as it have metal spokes and conduct electricity and we may get electrical shock.
Now, if you are in open area and there is no safe place nearby. Then place your head between your hands in sitting position.
