if you wish to have those two sizes same

means magnification = 1

however magnification can also be related to the ratio of image distance from optical center to the distance of object from the center.

i.e. m = v/u where v=image distance and u = object distance

so if m=1 , then v=u and this condition happens when the object is at the centre of the curvature i.e at R = 2. focal length

for concave spherical mirror.
